Library Book Drops Have Reopened
Library Book Drops Have Reopened
Friday, April 17 - Book drops at all five Beaufort County branch libraries are now open. Residents are welcome to return their borrowed materials at any time. Please note that a cardholder’s account will not reflect the returned items for approximately two weeks from the date of the return.
Residents may keep their borrowed materials if they choose. Due dates continue to be extended on all items and fines will not accrue while the libraries are closed.
All Beaufort County Library branches and bookmobiles remain closed to the public.
Beaufort County Library staff is available via the Contact Us form on the Library’s website.
Residents who do not yet have library cards are encouraged to apply for a temporary library card. Temporary cards provide access to all of the Library’s digital resources, such as eBooks, audiobooks, digital magazines, and more.
