Our meeting spaces are available for meetings, presentations, information sharing, and more.
An electronic Meeting Room Application (below) must be completed and approved by Library Branch Management before room use. A valid Beaufort County Library card is required to use any meeting space. Please review our Meeting Room Policy and Computer Lab Policy, available on our Policies page.
To view a library's meeting room calendar, select from the following branches: Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head, Lobeco, Port Royal, St. Helena. Please note that times/dates on calendars are subject to change. For questions regarding meeting spaces, please contact the branch library.
