The newly-organized Bluffton Community Library became the Bluffton Branch of the Beaufort County Public Library system.

Addition of a modular unit expanded the library's space to include a separate reference and reading area, as well as a manager's office.

The small children's area gained open space, and access to the public computers became less confined.
