Watch the 2013 film adaptation and chat about the challenged classic, The Great Gatsby. Challenged by the Baptist College in Charleston in 1987, it is now required reading at many high schools across America. This program is intended for teens and adults.

The information that most Americans have concerning medicine during the Civil War has come from the movies, TV, novels and sources that are more hysterical than historical. This program is based on medical practices and manuals of the period performed by and written by the people who were there. Free. Clues can be found in the Banned Book Display in the library lobby or by using library resources. Turn in your completed trivia sheet to earn a cool prize.
